About our booking policy
Thank you to all our wonderful verona clients for understanding the need for our booking policy.
Our booking policy helps us to manage demand for appointments with our therapists. We have automated our booking system to make this process easier for you –
- Two days before your appointment an automated SMS will be sent to your mobile with your appointment time + date. Please reply YES to confirm your appointment.
- If you need to cancel or change your appointment please call: Newcastle (02) 4929 7005
- Appointments half an hour and over require a $20 deposit
- Appointments over 1 hour require $50 deposit
- Gift voucher numbers must be quoted at the time of booking.
- We cannot accept messages left on Sundays or public holidays. Monday appointments must be rescheduled by close of business on Saturday.
- Last minute cancellations and no shows will lose their deposit.
Need to reschedule? No problem– let us know in advance and we will simply roll your deposit to your next appointment.
